It is an on-line, self service programme of diagnostics, activities and resources that will engage your entire workforce in improving their workplace safety culture through improved worker engagement in Health and Safety.

It is aligned to the Health and Safety Executive's HSG65: "Successful Health and Safety Management" and HSG 263: "Involving your Workforce in Health and Safety", and has been developed with input from the HSE.

An Even Safer Place to Work is based on seven indicators which are key to establishing a health and safety culture that promotes a collaborative safety partnership between management and employees, and is able to meet the risk challenges facing organisations today.

The rich data collected through the programme indicators (which is always current) allows your managers to keep an ongoing audit of the safety culture of the organisation and to make interventions which are targeted to real needs. Everyone has their personal web space to access resources, record their action goals and track progress in the seven key areas.

An Even Safer Place to Work is a web-based on-line service hosted on our own servers. This takes away the need for any in-house IT infrastructure or support. Where necessary, we can provide paper based copies of the Safety @ Work Index TM which we can input into the system.
