Dr Gordon Sellers C Eng, Eur Ing, FIET, CFIOSH

Gordon has been a long term associate and friend to Systemic Learning. He has helped hundreds of organisations in the UK, mainland Europe, Scandinavia, Middle East and Asia to manage their safety, health and environmental (SHE) risks. His expertise includes:

  • The development of corporate SHE strategies,
  • Reviewing SHE management systems, assessing risks (through HAZOPs, formal risk assessments and quantified risk analyses),
  • Conducting SHE audits, investigating accidents and incidents, and the training and development of employees.

Having been a senior manager with full profit and loss responsibilities, he understands the difficult challenge that managers face in balancing multiple priorities. His personal belief is that the key to an efficient SHE management system is motivating and gaining commitment from employees at all levels from the board to the front line.

David Entwistle BA, MSc

David has worked for many years with our Managing Director, David Poole. Together they have been involved in various management development programmes for organisations such as Kier, Balfour Beatty and Carillion amongst others. David now specialises as an Organisational Development Consultant and provides a range of management training and human resource consultancy services to companies both in the UK and abroad.

He has gained extensive experience on joint-venture projects with leading UK blue chip institutions both in the UK and Asia designing and delivering bespoke training solutions to senior managers in the fields of Leadership, Executive Coaching, Team Development and Talent Management.

The special skills that David offers are:

  • High levels of knowledge and experience that appertain to people development within learning organisations
  • A master in the delivery of experiential training techniques that both engage and infuse participants.
  • The ability to get the learning back into the business
